Located in red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, the Thomas House Hotel, formerly known as Cloyd Hotel,  is one of the few remaining hotels from the resort boom in the early 20th century. Built in 1927, the Thomas House was a tourist destination due to its proximity to the mineral springs. It has been featured on several paranormal shows including Ghost Hunters and Portals to Hell.
